Your Orders:

By placing an order or quote on this site, you represent that you have the right to use all logos, text and/or graphics submitted by you to us. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse to accept orders from customers who we have reason to believe have infringed or otherwise violated the intellectual property rights of others.

Little Guy Web Solutions has the sole discretion to reject any order that it considers libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane (according to standards established by the FCC), portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate for Littleguywebsolutions.com.

Little Guy Web Solutions recognizes, respects, and protects the privacy of our customers. Your privacy and personal information are held in trust when you do business with us. Our customer’s order information stays with us - no one else will see it. We do not sell, rent, trade or share ANY information regarding or provided by our customers to anyone for any reason. We require and only use information our customers knowingly and willingly provide to process their order, fulfill their service request or to enhance their personal shopping experience. Any information received by us is held with the utmost care and security. All information is stored and secured which is not accessible to third parties. We use customer information for the sole purpose of processing your order or contacting you if necessary.

Shipping guidelines and Risk of Loss:

Any items and or materials sent to Little Guy Web Solutions will be returned if requested. Clients will be billed for the shipping costs of such items to be returned. Items not requested for return will become the property of Little Guy Web Solutions and may be disposed of or kept at our own risk.

Little Guy Web Solutions will use reasonable efforts to ship information and materials when necessary under the following guidelines:

All materials are shipped FOB Little Guy Web Solutions’ place of business, the Prescott, Arizona area. All items sent from Little Guy Web Solutions are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract with the carrier of our choosing. The risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you from the carrier and at no time will Little Guy Web Solutions be held responsible for any items once shipped. Any shipping damage should be reported at the time of delivery to the shipping company. If special packaging is required for proper shipping, you will be charged accordingly.

Indemnity:

By using this Site, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Little Guy Web Solutions harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including without limitation reasonable legal fees and expenses), alleging or resulting from your use of the Site in violation or breach of this Agreement. By submitting an order to us, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) in any action by any third party based on a claim that you infringed such third parties intellectual property rights.

By using this site, you agree that any legal action brought against Little Guy Web Solutions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Once a business agreement has been made with Little Guy Web Solutions, a personal contract between you and Little Guy Web Solutions will be written up and signed by both parties and may contain more specific information that is not written in this site agreement.
